WHAT: The goal of Project RestingSpot is to obtain the exact location of every RestingSpot in every cemetery in the United States.
WHEN: We would like to achieve this goal by Memorial Day, 2013 (May 27, 2013)
WHO: You! We are looking for project leaders and team members in your local area to help map your local cemeteries.
WHERE: In every cemetery in your local community.
WHY: We want to capture this data because it is meaningful to so many people. There is something powerful about taking on a project that has never been done before. Most importantly, we want to have this data available for everyone to use for generations to come.
HOW: Through the use of mobile tools (iphone and android) and a website, we have created the ideal tools to help you capture this information. See our Help/FAQ page for more information and click the link below to volunteer or join an existing group for your area.
